Certified Professional Biller

CPBs know how to submit claims compliant with government regulations and private payer policies. They follow-up on claim statuses, resolve claim denials, submit appeals, post payments and adjustments, and manage collections. No. However, they are strongly recommended for students taking the CPC, COC, CIC, CRC or CPB courses. They are ideal for students who have never studied anatomy and physiology or do not know medical terminology. These courses are valuable for anyone preparing for a career in healthcare.

Our courses are accessible for four (4) months from the date of registration.

Within an hour of registration, you'll receive a welcome email that contains your course login instructions, username, and password. You can begin your training as soon as you're ready with your materials. The training can be accessed any time of day for your convenience.

From the very start of your training, you have a course coach who is accessible via email to answer questions or concerns you may have during the program. Coaches are also accessible via phone through a scheduled appointment.

#FREEAAPC is limited to one free course for U.S.-based certified members holding at least one credential.
