The Associate Director will assist in building best-in-class web-based products from existing ideas and from new ideas developed based on experience and contact with users, clients, channel partners and prospects. The qualified candidate will possess a unique blend of business, medical, and technology savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •        Assist the Director with managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  •        Assist in analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
  •       Define products and feature sets of applications
  •       With guidance from the Director, prioritize and develop new products and features
  •        Work closely with engineering to develop product functionality
  •        Assist with client research to make informed product decisions
  •        Analyze and report product success
  •        Ensure cooperative team environment by

o   Effectively communicating with staff about department and company initiatives

o   Adjusting procedures as necessary to create process efficiencies

o   Resolving issues among staff

o   Encouraging constructive feedback from staff and between team members

o   Identify staffing requirements and develop manpower plans to address needs including

§  reallocation of personnel

§  recruitment

§  manage attrition

o   Review and approve time and attendance records according to company standards

  •        Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security

o   Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position

o   Ensure departmental managers and employees follow the Code of Conduct, compliance policies and procedures

o   Administer the appropriate sanction when an employee violates a compliance policy or procedure

  •        Uphold company mission, vision and values 
  •        Provide ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews
  •        Proactively monitor company policies and address transgressions appropriately
  •        Facilitate meetings within department and make presentations to senior management as needed
  •       Manage cross departmental operations to achieve corporate initiatives
  •       Assign work to staff and ensure completion

o   May delegate day to day oversight to managers or coordinators

  •       Ensure staff is trained and aware of job and company expectations and determine remedial action when needed
  •       Monitor and enforce compliance with all pertinent local, state, and federal laws and regulations relating to operations and employment

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Computer Skills

Prior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required.


2+ years of web/software/product management experience preferred.

  •        Enthusiasm for talking to users
  •        Great project-management skills
  •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  •        Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
  •       Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  •        Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  •       Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
  •       Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or arms
