The position is based in the New York City office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and articulate
• Responsibilities:
o Monitoring the progress of a project and track deliverables using appropriate tools
o Familiarity with Payor requirements for clinical documentation and medical billing
o Analyze clinical findings and identify trends, patterns, and areas for clinical documentation improvement
o Review and evaluate how a healthcare organization’s billing and clinical record keeping policies and procedures comply with payor requirements
o Identify and synthesize information from various sources and draw conclusions for client deliverables
o Prepare reports for Clients
o Collaborate with other teams/departments ensuring that project fulfill scope
• Qualifications/Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Familiarity with healthcare terminology
o Strong written and presentation skills, including facility with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
o Strong analytical and critical thinking
o Self-management skills
• Education/Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree
o Two to three years’ experience in analytics and/or Healthcare entity
