Recruiting for an exceptional and seasoned auditor/coder for our team. Applicants must have a CPC coding certification and minimum of 3-5 years specific auditing/coding experience. Must have a deep expertise of the CMS 1995/1997 evaluation and management guidelines, understanding the new 2021 E/M guidelines, understanding telehealth rules for CMS, providing detailed reporting and feedback, observant to local MAC rules and national OIG/CERT watch areas and carry a strong work ethic. Must have the ability to translate medical information into standard CMS documentation guidelines. Applicant must have excellent communication and time management skills. Must be organized with the ability to identify workflow optimization, continuous quality improvement, with the ability to evaluate and report baseline information and areas for process improvements.
