Tulsa, OK and provides one stop patient services for the community’s urgent
care needs, whether they be acute illness or injuries. They are open 7
days a week with extended hours of operation.
MedNOW has also dramatically improved the
occupational healthcare and workers compensation process, and offers a complete
range of services for area businesses and employees. These include injury
treatment, follow-up, pre-placement and post-offer testing.
The Director of
Revenue Cycle reports to the Practice Administrator, and is responsible for the
day to day business operations of the Revenue Cycle department.

· 7 to 10 years’
experience in healthcare revenue cycle/billing, including 3 to 5 + years
supervisory experience in managing and directing a Revenue Cycle / Billing
operation with a physician group medical practice. Supervisory experience
should be with at least 6 or more billing/revenue employees.
Cycle/billing experience in a family medical or urgent care practice.
· Experience in
leading a team, including supervising, hiring, coaching, training, mentoring
and work scheduling in a medical billing department.
· Experience in managing
daily operations of physician billing and collections office.
· Must be
knowledgeable and experienced in medical coding and billing. Experience in
family medical coding and billing is a strong plus.

prior Supervisory Experience.
· Experience in
developing and administering policies and procedures as it relates to physician
billing and collections.
