The Implementations & Account Management Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for providing implementation and account management services to eIVF customers specific to eIVF's billing module, that include providing project management, technical expertise, on-site implementation support and on-going support to our customers. This individual works closely across the eIVF organization to include Development/IT and Customer Support to resolve complex end-user issues and requests and ensure a successful implementation for all clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the implementations expert with eIVF billing. Participate in client site implementations to include pre go-live phone calls and meetings, on-site support during go-live and follow-up activities to ensure a successful implementation for the end users.

Support an assigned group of client sites for account management on-going support and concerns to ensure eIVF clients are receiving the services and support expected.

Work with the development/IT team to identify and implement any areas of improvement and/or best practices and to identify opportunities for process and quality improvement to software, patient flow or clinical operations.

Serve as a super user for one or more aspects of the EMR System to include functionality, usage, and configuration.

Mentor and train new Customer Support Technicians to ensure a successful onboarding and assimilation into the organization as needed.

Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department and customer concerns

Processes escalated open help desk tickets assigned to them to determine issue related to billing, training, user workflow, hardware or software.

Perform training sessions with end-users as needed.

Work collaboratively with other eIVF departments to include Development/IT and Customer Support to efficiently and effectively assist end users to successfully close support tickets quickly and accurately.

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health IT or related field preferred

1 or more years of healthcare software experience with eIVF specific billing experience required..

  • May require minimal travel to client sites for 5 days at time for implementation go-lives
