Job Summary: Our busy medical practice is seeking an experienced and professional Medical Office Manager to join our team. In the role, the Medical Office Manager will work under the direction of Dr. Daniel Miller in providing management and leadership to our medical and administrative staff. The selected candidate will be responsible for both employee management and daily business operations. If you have experience working in an administrative role at a healthcare practice, we want to hear from you. 

 Job Responsibilities: - Hire, train, and supervise receptionist, office assistant and billing department staff - Oversee clinic supervisor and assist in hiring clinic staff - Oversee day to day operations of the clinic and billing department - Coordinate with the billing department on patient account balances, collections, and adjustments - Assess employee performance & conduct annual reviews; in coordination with clinic supervisor - Terminate employee contracts if necessary - Prepare patient payment plans and oversee OB payment plans - Oversee provider credentialing - Implement and maintain all qualifying incentive programs including promoting interoperability - Develop and implement office policies and procedures in coordination with clinic supervisor & billing department - Develop and implement quarterly production reports in coordination with billing department - Update inventory on hand log sheet - Weekly deposits & cash drawer reconciliation - Handle all computer, telephone and technical issues - Coordinate advertising - Monitor and respond to FB posts and e-mail inquiries - Maintain and update website - Maintain and adjust provider schedules - Assist in answering phone and scheduling patients Job Qualifications / Skills Required: - Able to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality - Excellent customer service skills - Professional and courteous in tone and information delivery - Strong organization and leadership skills 

 Job Qualifications Preferred: - 2+ years' experience in an administrative role at a healthcare practice - Knowledge and experience with insurance and patient billing 

Compensation: - Salary will be based on qualifications and experience
