Title: Revenue Cycle Supervisor overseeing Medicare and Medicaid Programs
Work Location: 5053 Wooster Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45226
Full Time: 40 hours per week
OHC seeks a professional individual looking to provide leadership and guidance to employees in the revenue cycle department. The main responsibilities of the role are to oversee all regulatory aspects of coding, billing, and reimbursement programs to ensure compliance, educate staff, develop guidelines and policies related to coding edits and internal payors.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has previous management experience, HCPCS/CPT 4/ICD 10 coding experience and has knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Position requirements include:
Associates degree in Finance, Business or equivalent OR four years revenue cycle experience required.
At least four (4) years of medical revenue cycle work experience required with a consistent track record of achieving metrics.
Previous experience with Radiation Oncology billing is preferred.
Two years’ experience managing, delegating, and following up on work priorities of others is strongly desired.
Individual must have strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and collections with CPT 4, ICD10, and HCPCS coding and medical terminology, as well as an overall understanding of managed care products (HMO, PPO, etc). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
