    Default Arthroscopic repair SLAP w/subacromial decompression with open claviculectomy?
    Medical Coding Books
    Code to 29807, 29826 and add 23120 for the open procedure? Appreciate any help or reference helps on arthroscopic procedures when and open procedure are also done. Thanks!

    They all look fine. I would suggest that you double check your CCI edits prior to billing and make sure that if for some reason a -59 modifier is needed, that your documentation supports it. Also, depending on your documentation, you may want to consider the "convert to open" diagnosis.
