    Lightbulb Menisectomy with oxford arthro

    AAPC: Back to School
    Can you bill a medial menisectomy with an oxford knee arthroplasty or is it always part of the procedure???

    per CCI edits it bundles. I can not think of a good reason to ever justify using the -59 modifier for this.
