    How do you code a "punch biopsy".

    It is on the back why not use 21920?

    21920 is for an incisional biopsy..is that what was performed? You really didnt give much info in your original post

    The doctor just reported it as "punch biopsy was performed".

    well, the doctor should know what was done - punch biopsy I'd go with 11100.

    for "punch biopsy" document only...use 11100
