Angioplasty AV fistula

Have the rules changed for how to code for these if a PTA is performed in both the arterial and venous side of the fistula/graft?

If done in both do you still code it to the vein 35476 & 75978?

If an angioplasty is done at the arterial anastomosis, code 35475 and 75962. Otherwise code 35476/75978.
