help with coding cast removal by same physician

  1. Default help with coding cast removal by same physician

When coding a cast removal by the same physician who applied the cast, the removal would be bundled in with the original fracture repair but don't you still have to code the removal of the cast to show that the service was performed? If so, how would you code the service?
