EUS with FNA

    Medical Coding Books
    If the physician does an EUS with FNA and he take them from the head of the pancreas and moves it and takes from the tail of the pancreas, how do we bill for this? Also if he creates the slide but the cytopathologist reads and makes sure they are sufficient, can the surgeon bill for any of this?
