    We are coding for delivery , patient had diabetes and hypertension before she got pregnant. what is the proper way to code and where may I find this to show for coding discrediting?
    coder 1 : 650,250.00,401.9,V27.0
    coder 2: 648.01,250.00,642.21,401.9,V27.0
