    AAPC: Back to School
    Does anyone know a better code rather than 29999 for 'removal of hardware' from a prior surgery for rotator cuff? Oxford is busting chops on it...

    I agree with Karen, 20680 is the appropriate code.

    I use 20670 or 20680 (deep)...
