    that's a good one ... but I think I'd lean more towards "pain".. so I'd probably go with 719.43...(without more info anyway).

    Thanks Donna.

    This one was a little tough. I'm going to ask the physician, also. I'm curious what his opinion will be. Maybe I can use both since there was mention of pain and unstableness.

    yes, I don't think either dx would be "wrong"... and maybe both would be best! LOL..let us know what he says - I'm curious too -
