    Question Coding S&I (Outpatient Facility) Help!!

    AAPC: Back to School
    When a physician documents that he performed a selective catheterization and injection of a vessel but does not document his findings, (eg stenosis) can you code for the S&I portion of the procedure?

    No you will only be able to code for the cath. placement
