Does anyone have an E/M template for documentation geared towards Psych?

    Thanks!

I realize that this is an old post, however I have just started to work with a group of Psychiatrist and I could use any and all help that is out there. If you happen to still have the templates, is it possible for you send me a link? I will take any tips that anyone has to offer to make this new transition successful for not just me but the docs.

    Hi Rinny,

I had to create my own. I'll be happy to send you what I got. Just send me a private message with your email address. If anyone else wants, just send me your email address.
