    Default ACL Graft

Doctor did arthroscopic knee surgery and debrided a frayed ACL graft that had been implanted in previous surgery. I'm looking at 996.49 for the frayed graft. Opinons please.

I use 996.78, just because I don't think of it as a "mechanical" complication.
