    Default A Few Questions...Examination Elements

Palpation in the examination section: "No palpable spasm"... is it considered musculoskeletal or skin, since it is by touch?
Tenderness...same question. How do you count it?
    Triggering? Neuro finding or musculoskeletal?

Answers may vary but I would list them as....

    No palpable spasm-Musculoskeletal

Triggering-I would probably count that under neuro depending on the intent of the physicians exam

Default What part of the body?

What part of the body is being palpated?
What part is "tender" (or not tender)? ... this could be abdomen.
