    Exam Training Packages
    We have a doctor that has seen a patient 3 times in three different years and is still using V22.0 "supervision of first normal pregnancy". If there is complications and a baby is not actually born and the women gets pregnant again is it considered a first pregnancy?

    No. I wouldn't think so. v22.1 seems to fit better

    It would be V22.1. If it's a high risk patient see code series V23.x
