I have a couple of questions.

    1. I am looking for an ICD9 code for executive function disorder.

    2. In our practice the doctors routinely see children with penile adhesions. They perform lysis procedures in the office not under general anesthesia. Is there a CPT code for this?

    Thanks for any help
