    Default Surgery Coding Rates

    AAPC: Back to School
I was recently asked to code surgeries for an eight physician practice on an ongoing basis. They perform breast, vascular, and general surgery. I'm looking for input as to how and how much you would charge? per chart, per hour, bill them weekly, quarterly, etc.... thanks in advance.

I would charge per operative report and bill twice monthly (1st/15th)
