Can a provider do telehealth visits from his home or does it have to be done from an "office" setting? I am looking specifically at Medicare and cannot find a definitive answer.

Thanks in advance for any advice or guidance on this matter.

    Default telehealth
https://www.cms.gov/Outreach-and-Edu...rvcsfctsht.pdf I think as long as the provider has the equipement it doesnt matter where he does the service. its the "originating" site of the patient that is the site of service.

Thanks for your reply. It doesn't really state where the provider can/should be. I was wondering if anyone has it "in writing"?

  4. Default POS type
This relates to my question. I know that the POS for this type of service is 02. but there is more to it. there is a POS Type . Home is 12. I was going to ask this question because most often it is in the office and that would be 11.
