    Default tenosynovectomy

    AAPC: Back to School
    What would this code be ? Patient had a tenosynovectomy with debridement of intratendinous infiltration of extensor communis extensor tendon -secound and third finger. I am looking at 26140 twice, any help , i thank you . -trent
