Default Labor and Industries code for WA state

    AAPC: Back to School
I work remotely for a Dr. in Yakima, WA. He just finished up with a patient with a Labor and Industries injury. Is there a specific CPT code that I can use to show that it was his last visit and the claim is closed?

    Does 1026M sound right?
