    Default need help w/ diagnosis code

    AAPC: Back to School
    Hope someone can help, Im trying to find a dx code for subacrominal osteocytic formation, I was thinking 733.90 disorder of bone and cartilige
    any takers?

    Maybe 726.91?

    Hope 726.19 would be an apt one for this.

    I use 726.91 because there isn't an exostosis code for that body area.

    I would avoid 726.19 because that is a tendon/bursae disorder.
