Anemia ABLA Asymptomatic

There is a little bit of tug of war in our practice as we are uncertain as to how to code "Anemia ABLA Asymptomatic". When looking it up in the ICD coding book under Anemia, blood loss, acute it refers you to D62..... Also under D62 is an Excludes 1 note for Blood loss anemia NOS D50.0... The part where we are stuck in a tangle is where the physician documented Asymptomatic. There isn't anything in the coding book that will lead us to an anemia code for asymptomatic anemia so then the idea of D64.9 came up as that is a unspecified code. Any help or insight on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
