Can we report same diagnosis code for subsequent care from initial patient care?

    For example:

    Date of visit 2/3/2018:

Initial patient care in hospital - detailed history, comprehensive exam and moderate MDM - 99221
Diagnosis codes from Subject and A/P:
R10.0 Patient has acute abdominal pain
    R11.2 Nausea with vomiting, unspecified
J44.9 Chronic Obstructive pulmonary disease, unspecified

Subsequent care - no complain, feeling better - 99232?
Subject and A/P same as above. What codes for diagnosis?
