IOG penalty

  1. Default OIG penalty
    New Call-to-action
I am studying for an upcoming CPMA exam and the certification study guide shows an example of a CMP for the IOG as 21,916.00. Isn't their max penalty 10,000.00 on a fraudulent claim?
