    The physician performs rectal tumor, before that he does sigmoidoscopy, flexible; diagnostic, cpt 45330, to exactly find the location of polypectomy.

    Excision of rectal tumor, transanal approach; including muscularis propria (ie, full thickness)

    Billable only Cpt 45172.

    Is this right

    You can bill 45172 and 45330 together - no modifiers necessary.
