I am new to behavioral health billing. Can a certified alcohol and drug counselor bill for/with anger management ICD10 codes? Any help would be appreciated.

A lot depends on your state and the insurance company being billed, as well as the DX and CPT code(s). It might be a little easier to advise you with a bit more information.
