    Question BMP Allografts
    Exam Training Packages
    The spine surgeon I code for is using BMP allografts in Lumbar decompressions & fusions. Has anyone coded for these grafts before? If so are you getting paid for them?

    Not by Medicare but some of our other carriers are paying for them.

    So...What code would I use for this type of graft? 20930 or 20931 or neither??
