Default Over use of topical steroids ??

    AAPC: Back to School
Patient has a dermal condition for which topical steroids are prescribed. Patient over-uses the topical steroid and now has atrophy of the skin. I'm trying to decide how to code this. I'm thinking that it should be listed as a poisoning but would like "A second opinion". Thanks.
