    Default V70.0 vs V72.31 - Could someone clearify for me
    Medical Coding Books
    Could someone clearify for me. When a female pt comes in for a physical would you use the V72.31 if no pap was done or would you use v70.0. The discription states with or without pap so could it be either or?

    If she had a breast and pelvic exam I would use V72.31.
