    Hi Friends,

    Can anyone help me coding for this ?

    A Family Practice provider has removed 2 cm pedunclated skin polyp which was on nape of neck by electrocautery.

    Which CPT & ICD codes we should use ?

    This sounds like a skin tag removal.
