    Default Medicaide Of Idaho Annual Pe

    AAPC: Back to School
    Needs some input. If you have a Female in her 30's coming in for a her annual pe/pap how are you coding this. Annual is not for birthcontrol rx.

    In Oklahoma how we have to code this since well female exams are not covered at that age and they will not pay for the pap/chlamydia either, is we code a problem focus office visit, 99212-99214 pending on criteria and use the dx codes v72.31, v76.47 and v73.98. Hope this helps.
