Cool Dyspnea on exertion = Angina?

Doc wrote down "Dyspne with exertion". Is this the same as Angina? There is do DX for dypnea on exertion.

I would use 786.09. Angina is pain in the chest, due to the heart muscle. Dyspnea is difficulty breathing.
    Hope that helps.
