    What is "BM with Alzheimer's dx"? and how would you code it?

    331.0 for alzheimer's. You need to clarify the BM but based on how you have it worded, it could be the race and sex of the patient or could be another dx (ex: brain mass).

    I agree the BM could be anything, I have not experienced this wording with alzheimers before.
