    Question bladder biopsy

    AAPC: Back to School
    If the doctor did a suburethral sling procedure (57288) and during the procedure noted lesions on the bladder wall and decided to take a biopsy, can he bill a 52204 as well?

    I wouldn't. It seems like it was incidental.
