    Default E/M for chemo visits

    AAPC: Back to School
Maybe you could also help me with a question I have. If patient's, in this case children, are coming for chemo but the physician has to do a medical assessment before to ensure the child is okay to have chemo etc, can this be billed also on the same day of the chemo visit?

Thanks for any help you may have.
