    AAPC: Back to School
    Does anyone know how to code a G.I. Cocktail? It has malox 10ml, viscous xylocaine 5ml and donnatol elixer 10ml in it. Thanks

    My Medicare carrier specifically states that is considered part of E/M service and not separately payable.
