Neurosurgery - boney prominence removal

    Default Neurosurgery - boney prominence removal
    Medical Coding Books
    This seems so simple, however I'm unable to find a code for this. I have a patient that the Neurosurgeon is going in to drill off a Prominent inion and I can't find anything for this.. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    There's not a lot of information to work with but have you looked at 22100-22114?
