routine GYN with preventive code

    Default routine GYN with preventive code
    Medical Coding Books
    V72.31 with preventive code 993XX .If you have any guidelines please let me know. I would like to know how many elements we need to code for the preventive code. My GYN providers some of them use E/M and some use preventive code.

    patient was seen by PCP for Health maintenance still Can Gyn bill for preventive code with V72.31
