Thoracic laminectomy for infection

    Exclamation Thoracic laminectomy for infection
    Medical Coding Books
    My doc did a T-7 lami for infection. Since it was only the decompression, would CPT 63003 be appropriate.

    Since you mentioned just the T-7 and decompression only...I would say yes. These codes aren't reserved just for spinal stenosis, etc.
