    I would use codes:
    15734 muscle flap
    21750 closure of sternotomy separation- I can't find sternal fixation without it being a sternal fracture (21825).
    dx: 998.31 disruption of internal operation surgical
    998.83 non healing surgical wound
    v45.81 s/p cabg
