    when you are auditing a record and the ROS states systemic symptoms:no fever, neck symptoms:no neck stiffness.

    What category does neck fall under on my auditor tool for ROS?

    Personally, I would consider it musculoskeletal since you mentioned "neck stiffness".

    I agree with Rebecca, unless the patient was there for possible meningitis then it could be neuro.
