I had a patient come in for a wart removal. First the provider pared the wart down and than applied cantheridin and covert with tape. My question is do I code for both things 11055 for paring and 17110 for cantheridin?

I would only use code 17110 since the code describes the method of destruction as surgical curettement OR chemosurgery - which includes boths methods used by your physician.
