    AAPC: Back to School
    Can you bill layered closure with procedure 43280 if physician documents? Please advise.

    If you are talking about the layered closure of the surgical incisions for the laparoscopy ... No. Repairing the surgical wound created by the surgeon is included in the basic procedure.
